Academy Training
The club Academy training for U6s to U12s returned to Caherslee (V92X025) last Friday evening in glorious sunshine. We had a great turnout at all age groups. Training continues next Friday with U6s and U8s from 6 to 7pm. Those who have not tried hurling before are always very welcome to come along and give it a go. Hurleys and helmets will be supplied by the club for the first few weeks.

U12 Hurling
Well done to our u12 hurlers who had their first game of the season against Ballyduff. This marks the beginning of a series of games on Thursday evenings with training continuing every Monday night
U10 and U12 Camogie
The U10 and U12 Camogie players had a super evening of training at Pairc na Darach, next to the Skate Park, in the Sports Complex during the week. The girls train every Tuesday night 7 until 8pm.
Minor Camogie
Our U18s had a great start to their Minor season with a win over Killarney/Sliabh Luchra. Despite a strong first half performance led by Captain Maeve Trant, Killarney/Sliabh Luchra kept battling in the second half which resulted in a very competitive game giving all players vital match practice. There is plenty to work on for the next fixture away to Ballyduff. Thank you to Killarney/Sliabh Luchra, referee Chloe Foudy and Joe Wallace for organising the use of Caherslee pitch.
Senior Hurling
Well done the senior hurlers who had another fantastic win at the weekend away to Ballyduff in the Division One county league. The team will have a home game this Friday 18th against Crotta O’Neills at 7pm in Caherslee. We look forward to seeing a big turn out with lots of support for the home side.
